SIERRA WINSLAGER
Our homestead started as a dream God placed in our hearts—to join with my parents, find land, and create a self-sustaining haven for our family. We first started looking into dairy cows because of our obsession with raw milk, which led us down the homesteading path. Over time, we added Babydoll sheep and miniature Herefords to our growing family farm. Our daughter adores all her cows, but Ace, our first bull, and Oakley, our first little heifer, will always hold a special place in our hearts.
At the core of our homestead is the belief that "God always gives us enough to share." We aim to raise good, healthy livestock not only for the well-being of our family but also to share this blessing with our community. With passion, purpose, and a deep love for our animals, we are dedicated to farming with integrity and care.

A Journey

Our journey to finding land in Franklin began with a dream: to have dairy cows and start a homestead where our family could thrive. We had no idea just how much God would provide in such a short time. Doors opened for us to not only buy the land but also build houses on it. My little family packed up our home in College Station, listed it, and moved into a camper while the dream unfolded.
Soon, we welcomed home our Babydoll sheep and my husband’s pride and joy—Ace, our first bull. From there, our homestead began to grow, and the rest is history!
In early 2024, we bought our own acreage just owtside of Franklin, TX.

In early 2019, we picked up our first breeding prospect puppy, Annie. We drove all the way to Idaho to get her.
